MISSION

Our Non-Profit was established to address and combat the rapid decline of the monarch butterfly. We aim to bring knowledge to citizens and students by providing hands-on opportunities in research and gardening which will aid in the migration and breeding of monarchs.

VISION

The vision of Arizona Milkweeds for Monarchs is to restore and promote declining monarch and pollinator populations.

Preserving our environment’s biodiversity, restoring ecosystem services, and performing critical conservation research.

Increasing awareness of the ecological significance of monarch butterflies and other pollinators.​

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Giving citizens and students of all demographics the opportunity to get involved in their community and provide hands-on experience through internships, citizen science, and cooperation with master gardeners.
